In a fit of rage, David Sherman threw 2 glasses of water on his brother, whereupon the brother called the police and had him arrested. The provisions that the police have imposed on David Sherman in this charge, his punishment is 30 years in prison and thousands of dollars in fines. If the age of the offender is more than 65 years, he is imprisoned for 3 years. Since David is 64 years old, he could face a possible 30 years in prison if convicted.
According to court records, David Sherman’s older brother saved the famous dish ‘Key Lime Pie’ for breakfast, which David ate. When his brother came to know, a bitter argument started between the two, and David threw water on his brother in anger. David’s brother gave a statement to the police saying that the kind of behavior David has shown today, he could cause physical harm to him, even kill him.
