According to police, the boy in the video is 22-year-old Ajay Kumar. The 19-year-old girl with him is Sheilaja. Both belong to the city of Chudauram in Andhra Pradesh. The video was reportedly shot in Visakhapatnam.

The police arrested the boy and girl and registered a case against them under sections 336, 279, 132 and 129 of the Motor Vehicle Act. The parents of the boy and girl have also been contacted by the police and informed about the situation.
