Sundar’s impressive journey from Madurai to Mountain View strengthens India-US economic and technology ties, and affirms the contribution of Indian talent to global innovation.’ On the occasion of India’s 73rd Republic Day, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the award of Padma Bhushan to Sundar Pichai.
