Federal Minister for Information Technology Aminul Haq has said that 5G will be launched in Pakistan in July next year.
Addressing a function during his visit to Karachi University yesterday, Aminul Haq emphasized the need for cooperation between the Ministry of Information Technology and universities to meet future needs.
Amin-ul-Haq said that compared to the exports in various sectors of Pakistan, the highest increase was in the exports of IT and telecommunication sectors.
He said that the exports of IT and telecom sector increased by 47.44% compared to the increase of two to three percent of other sectors.
The IT minister said that cooperation between the IT industry and universities is very important to meet the future needs of the country.
